The terms of our service

Last revised in October 2026.

Using niemurcia.com, or asking NIE Murcia for help through it, means accepting the conditions below. They are short on purpose; if anything is unclear, ask us.

The service and who runs it

NIE Murcia is a private helper for newcomers to the Region of Murcia. Our work is paperwork: NIE requests, green certificates, TIE cards, padrón registrations and whatever sits around them. We hold no public authority. The Policía Nacional, the Delegación del Gobierno and the town halls of the region are entirely separate from us, and we never speak in their name.

Where our help stops

We explain, we prepare, we look for appointments and we tell you what to bring. Approving or refusing an application is for the administration, and for it only. Our guides are written carefully and checked against official pages, yet they stay general information: they are not legal advice for your own circumstances, and offices change their arrangements without warning us.

Money

When our help costs something, you hear the price before we begin and decide freely. That price never includes the official fees, such as the 790 código 012, which you pay to the administration. You are always free to do the whole procedure yourself and pay those official fees alone.

Partners

Now and then a partner suits your need better, for a relocation or an online NIE request for instance. If you take up the suggestion, your dealings with that partner follow its own conditions.

Your side of the bargain

Tell us the truth about your situation, hand us real documents and read each form before signing it. Delays or refusals caused by wrong information, by missing papers or by the administration’s own decisions are not ours to answer for.

How far our liability goes

As far as Spanish law permits, the most we can owe you is what you paid us for the help concerned. Indirect losses, the scarcity of appointments and outages of public websites fall outside it.

Texts, design and photographs

The writing and design of niemurcia.com are ours. Link to any page you like, but do not reuse our content commercially without written permission. Each photograph is used under the licence shown in its credit.

Applicable law

Spanish law applies to these conditions. Courts in Murcia would settle a disagreement, though as a consumer you keep the option of the courts where you live.
