NIE Murcia is an independent help service for people settling in the Region of Murcia. We prepare NIE, EU certificate, TIE and padrón paperwork with students, families, retirees and workers, and we explain it in plain English.

Moving here is full of good surprises: the light on the cathedral in the late afternoon, the market stalls heavy with the huerta’s produce, the calm of the Mar Menor out of season. The paperwork is rarely one of them. Forms with similar names, a fee code that has to match the procedure, appointments that appear and vanish within minutes: it is easy to lose the first weeks to it.

We started this service to take that weight off. We do not replace the police or the town hall, and we never pretend to. We prepare the file with you, find the right office and the right kind of appointment, and make sure you walk in knowing what will be asked.

We are a private service, not a public office, and we say so on every page. If you would rather do it all yourself, the guides on this site are free to use, and so is the official cita previa system.

A word of honesty: NIE Murcia is a private, independent service. No police force, government delegation or town hall runs it, and none of them vouches for it. We charge for our help with forms and appointments, while every procedure on this site remains open to you without us, at nothing beyond the official fee.
